2. Ordering Process (WhatsApp Orders)

Currently, orders for certain collections (primarily handcrafted items from multiversecollections.com) are facilitated via WhatsApp (+91 6387019446). The process is as follows:

  • Product Inquiry & Stock Check: Contact us via WhatsApp to inquire about product availability. We will confirm if the item is in stock.
  • Payment Instructions: If the item is available, we will provide you with payment details (typically a secure payment barcode or link). All such orders require prepayment.
  • Payment Confirmation: You must complete the payment using the provided method and share proof (e.g., screenshot) via WhatsApp.
  • Order Confirmation: Your order is considered confirmed only after we have successfully verified receipt of your payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to, instances of non-availability of stock, failure of payment verification, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Note: Orders placed directly through our subdomain stores (T-Shirts, Gadgets) follow the standard e-commerce checkout procedures on those respective sites.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our websites are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., on the USA/Global store). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price listed at the time of order confirmation (for WhatsApp orders) or checkout (for online store orders).

Payments must be made in full before order processing and dispatch. We accept payments via the methods specified during the ordering process (WhatsApp or online checkout). We are not responsible for any errors in pricing displayed due to technical issues or for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping practices are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Key points include:

  • Shipping charges may vary based on the product, destination, and specific store (e.g., free shipping within India for certain items, location-based charges for international or specific subdomain orders).
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines (typically 5-7 business days within India, 7-15 business days internationally) but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our policy regarding returns and refunds is outlined in the Return and Refund Policy. Please note:

  • Returns are generally only accepted for products received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory proof required to initiate a return claim for damaged goods. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the opening process, and the damage found.
  • Once the claim is verified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

We strive to display product information, images, and colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or the handcrafted nature of some products. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

Products purchased from Multiverse Collections are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon. You agree not to misuse any products. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or adverse effects resulting from the improper use or handling of our products.
